## English

**1-on-1 mentorship terms**

These terms apply to every 1-on-1 mentorship. You accept them before you pay.

### 1. What you get

- The package you chose: Focused (4 weeks, 4 sessions, 10 hours), Standard (6 weeks, 5 sessions, 12 hours) or Extended (8 weeks, 6 sessions, 15 hours, plus a check-in at week 12).
- WhatsApp support for the length of the program.
- A Memory Engine licence at no charge, if you want your own system.

### 2. The goal and what "done" means

- In session 1 we write down your goal and what "done" means for it.
- You confirm both in writing. A WhatsApp "I agree" is enough. The results promise below is measured against that written goal.

### 3. Payment

- In full, or in instalments, each paid before its block of sessions.
- By Lemon Squeezy or by international bank transfer (SWIFT).
- A session is booked only after the payment that covers it has arrived.

### 4. Sessions

- Each session is 2 to 3 hours, on the days we agree.
- You can move one session, once, with at least 24 hours' notice.
- A session you miss without notice counts as delivered.

### 5. The results promise

- It applies when you attended every session on time, finished every task between sessions and sent proof of it before the next session, and asked in writing within 7 days after the last session.
- Then I keep working with you, up to 3 more hours at no charge, until the agreed "done" is reached.
- This is extra work, not money back.
- It does not cover anything that depends on access, data or tools you did not provide.

### 6. Stopping after session 1

- Ask in writing within 24 hours after session 1 ends.
- You get back what you paid, minus one session's share (Focused $248, Standard $318, Extended $415) and minus the payment provider's or bank's fees. The Memory Engine licence is cancelled.
- It is not available once session 2 has started, if you missed session 1, or more than once per person.
- The money goes back to the original payment method only.

### 7. No other refunds

- Apart from stopping after session 1, payments are not refunded.

### 8. Your data

- I use what you share only to run your mentorship, and I do not pass it to anyone.
- Do not share passwords or your customers' data in a session unless we agree on it first.

### 9. What is not promised

- No income, earnings or hours saved are promised. The promise is the goal we agree on in session 1.

هذه الشروط تنطبق على كل إرشاد فردي، وتوافق عليها قبل الدفع.

### 1. ما تحصل عليه

- الباقة التي اخترتها: 4 أسابيع (4 جلسات، 10 ساعات)، أو 6 أسابيع (5 جلسات، 12 ساعة)، أو 8 أسابيع (6 جلسات، 15 ساعة، ومتابعة في الأسبوع 12).
- دعم عبر واتساب طوال مدة البرنامج.
- رخصة محرّك الذاكرة مجاناً، إذا أردت أن يكون لك نظامك الخاص.

### 2. الهدف ومعنى "الإنجاز"

- في الجلسة الأولى نكتب هدفك، ونكتب متى نعتبره منجزاً.
- وتؤكد الاثنين كتابياً، وتكفي كلمة "موافق" على واتساب. هذا الهدف المكتوب هو المرجع لوعد النتيجة أدناه.

### 3. الدفع

- دفعة كاملة، أو أقساط تُدفع كل منها قبل مجموعة الجلسات التي تغطيها.
- عبر Lemon Squeezy أو بتحويل بنكي دولي (SWIFT).
- لا تُحجز الجلسة إلا بعد وصول الدفعة التي تغطيها.

### 4. الجلسات

- مدة الجلسة من ساعتين إلى 3 ساعات، في الأيام التي نتفق عليها.
- يمكنك تأجيل جلسة واحدة، مرة واحدة فقط، بإشعار قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل.
- الجلسة التي تفوتك دون إشعار تُحسب كأنها قُدّمت.

### 5. وعد النتيجة

- يسري إذا حضرت كل الجلسات في وقتها، وأنجزت مهام ما بين الجلسات وأرسلت ما يثبتها قبل الجلسة التالية، ثم طلبت ذلك كتابياً خلال 7 أيام من آخر جلسة.
- عندها أكمل العمل معك حتى 3 ساعات إضافية دون مقابل، إلى أن نصل إلى "الإنجاز" المتفق عليه.
- هذا عمل إضافي، ولا يعني استرداد المال.
- ولا يشمل ما يعتمد على وصول أو بيانات أو أدوات لم توفّرها.

### 6. التوقف بعد الجلسة الأولى

- اطلب ذلك كتابياً خلال 24 ساعة من انتهاء الجلسة الأولى.
- أعيد لك ما دفعته بعد خصم حصة جلسة واحدة (248 دولاراً لباقة 4 أسابيع، و318 لباقة 6 أسابيع، و415 لباقة 8 أسابيع) ورسوم الدفع أو التحويل البنكي، وتُلغى رخصة محرّك الذاكرة.
- لا يتاح ذلك بعد بدء الجلسة الثانية، ولا إذا فاتتك الجلسة الأولى، ولا أكثر من مرة للشخص نفسه.
- ويُعاد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية فقط.

### 7. لا استرداد غير ذلك

- باستثناء التوقف بعد الجلسة الأولى، لا تُسترد المدفوعات.

### 8. بياناتك

- أستخدم ما تشاركه معي لتقديم الإرشاد فقط، ولا أعطيه لأحد.
- لا تشارك كلمات مرور أو بيانات عملائك في الجلسات إلا إذا اتفقنا على ذلك مسبقاً.

### 9. ما لا أعد به

- لا أعد بدخل أو أرباح أو ساعات ستوفّرها. الوعد هو الهدف الذي نتفق عليه في الجلسة الأولى.
