# One to one AI mentorship with Mohamed Khair

Live one to one AI mentorship in Arabic or English, from Istanbul. Sessions run about three hours each on the client's own machine with the client's own files, and the client does the typing. For people who already use AI every day at work, are not developers, and cannot yet build and ship the thing they can describe. Price is quoted on a free 15 minute call. ## English

**1-on-1 AI Mentorship - Build It Yourself**

Live one-to-one AI mentorship with Mohamed Khair. Three-hour sessions on your machine, with your files, until you ship something real and understand how it works. English and Arabic.

You already use AI every day. Let's build the thing you keep describing.

Live, one to one, on your own machine, with your own files. You type. By the end you have shipped something real, and you understand every part of how it works.

### The gap

"What's the difference between me, who follows all the AI news, and a developer?"

- **It isn't knowledge.** You have watched the videos. You know what an agent is, what a skill does, what people mean by context. Knowing was never the blocker.
- **It isn't the tool.** You have it open right now. It is the same tool the people in those videos are using, on the same plan, with the same features.
- **It's that nobody has ever sat with you while you did it.** On your files. Your real work. With someone to say "stop, that will break, and here is why" at the moment you were about to do it. That hour is the whole difference, and it is the one thing a video cannot give you.

### What you walk out holding

- A working system on your own machine, running on your real files, not a demo
- Your own context files, written by you, in the session, for folders you actually use
- At least two skills built for your own recurring tasks, the last one built without my help
- A retrieval proof you can perform yourself, on your own past work
- A locked-down configuration: outbound deny rules, folder scoping, a read-only research agent
- A measured baseline on one real task, so you can tell later whether this actually worked
- A 90-day roadmap written against your work, not a generic one
- Two check-ins already in your calendar

### How it runs

- **Live, one to one** Not a recording, not a cohort, not a Slack channel. It is a call, and it is only about your work.
- **Three hours a session** Long enough to build something that survives the call. How many sessions you need depends on what you are building, and we settle that before we start.
- **Your machine, your files, your keyboard** The moment I drive, you are watching a demo. So I do not drive. You type everything, including the parts that go wrong.
- **You ship something real in the first hour** Before any theory. Your task, your data, your keyboard. Theory lands differently once the thing already works.
- **Recorded, with a timestamped index** A three-hour recording nobody rewatches is worth almost nothing. Fifteen accurate jump points make it a reference you actually open.
- **Day 14 and day 30** Two short check-ins after we finish. Most people who learn this revert to their old workflow inside a month. These exist to catch that before it happens.
- **English or Arabic** Whichever one you think in. The material works the same in both.

### Who this is not for

- **You want it built for you** This is done with you, and the whole point is that you can do it again on Monday without me. If you want it done for you, say so and I will point you at the right thing instead.
- **You want to watch** Every session runs on your keyboard. If you are planning to have this on in the background while you do something else, do not book it.
- **You need certainty before you start** Some of what we try will not work the first time. Watching me get out of that is most of what you are paying for, but if it will frustrate you, this is the wrong format.
- **You want a course** There is no curriculum, no certificate and no cohort. You leave with what you built and the ability to build the next one.

### Questions people actually ask

**How much is it?**

It depends on how many sessions you need, and we settle that on the call before anything is booked. I would rather quote you on what you are actually building than put a number on a page that turns out to be wrong for you. The call is free and takes fifteen minutes.

**Do I need to know how to code?**

No. The last person through this had never written a line of code, and in her fourth session she put a live site with her own database on the internet.

**I already use AI every day. Is this beginner material?**

No, and I check your fluency in the intake specifically so we start above it. If you already use these tools daily, the gap is not knowledge, it is that nobody has watched you work and corrected the specific habits costing you the result.

**Will you teach me n8n or Make?**

Not as tools. The skill is specifying a workflow precisely enough that an agent can build it, and that transfers to whatever tool exists next year. Automation platforms show up as examples, not as a syllabus.

**What if I'm on Windows?**

Tell me before we book. It is a real detour and I budget for it explicitly rather than quietly eating half of your first session with it.

**Do I get the recordings?**

Yes, with a timestamped index of every point worth returning to, so it works as a reference instead of a three-hour video you never open again.

**What if I get stuck after we finish?**

That is what the day-14 and day-30 check-ins are for, and they go in the calendar before session one. They are not status calls: we look at one real thing you made since we finished.
